Telehealth Only

Safety, first — in every relationship you're in.

Chloe Schuh, MS, LMFT — Marriage & Family Therapist

Relationships, at their best, are where healing happens. I work with couples, families, and individuals to understand relational wounds and rebuild safety — in session, and in the life around it.

About Chloe

Nine years of sitting with people through the hard parts.

Chloe has worked with couples, families, and individuals across hospital, clinical, and private practice settings. She's walked alongside clients through infidelity, chronic illness, addiction, grief, divorce, anxiety, and PTSD — the kind of moments that ask a relationship to hold more than it was built for.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step on its own. Chloe's goal is to make that step a little less overwhelming. She brings warmth, steadiness, and real enthusiasm into the room, and works to build a space where clients feel safe enough to learn, grow, and actually change — not just in session, but in the life around it.

Her work is grounded in the belief that when relationships are functioning well, they become one of the most powerful sources of healing and safety a person can have.

How I Work

An attachment-centered approach to relational repair.

Underneath most recurring conflicts is a question neither person is quite asking out loud: are you there for me? These approaches are about getting to that question, and answering it.

Emotionally Focused Therapy

EFT sits at the center of Chloe's work. Rather than refereeing the argument, it looks at the emotion and unmet need underneath it — so couples and families can stop bracing against each other and start reaching for each other again.

Attachment-Centered Care

Every relationship carries the imprint of the bonds that came before it. Chloe helps clients see those patterns clearly — not to assign blame or dwell in the past, but to understand what's driving the present and change what happens next.

EMDR

For trauma that keeps resurfacing no matter how much you've talked it through, EMDR helps the nervous system process what conversation alone can't always reach.

Family Systems & Experiential Work

No one struggles in isolation. Chloe looks at the whole picture — how each person's role, history, and patterns shape the relationship — and brings that understanding directly into the room with you.

Who's Welcome Here

You shouldn't have to explain yourself before the work can begin.

Whoever you love, however you identify, whatever your background, culture, or the color of your skin — you are welcome in this practice. Chloe's work is explicitly affirming of LGBTQ+ clients and grounded in racial justice, which means your identity is something to be understood and honored here, not something to manage around.

Therapy asks a lot of people. The least it can do is meet you as you actually are.
